Band Member Bio’s
Dale Artler Jr. Bass Guitar Vocals	Dale Artler Jr. Has been playing in the local music scene for over 35 years. He currently plays bass, guitar and vocals. His bands included “Hobbit” in the 70’s and 80’s, “Barnstorm” in the 90’s and most recently with the bands “Prowler” and now with “Assembly Required”. Dale has performed at various venues locally such as the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and has toured other states and many local Rock & Roll Clubs.

Heston L. Biziak Guitar Vocals	Heston L. Biziak I was born in Bogota Columbia. I grew up in Kirtland Ohio. My Dad sang Opereta, My Uncle is The President of The Musician’s Union here in Lake County. Music was there whether it wanted to be or not. I started playing music since I was 5, specifically piano. I studied with the late great Ethel Walker. I remember when I was very little watching her play piano. She was without a doubt in any sense of the word; a virtuoso. She could transpose an entire score of music while sight reading the pages!!! I thought, I WANT TO DO THAT!!!! As time went on I wanted to learn more instruments. As fate would have it; I stumbled upon another virtuoso, Carmen Scicolone, Carmen not only played the piano, but the guitar,saxaphone, flute, Oboe, bass guitar....a musician’s musician. Since then, I’ve been jamming with a variety of bands: Gollum, Shortfuse, Euphoria. Playing other instruments, mainly guitar because that’s the one people want to hear me play. Maybe someday if I’m lucky I’ll be half as good as them.

Rick Chillemi Drums Vocals	"The World Famous.." Rick Chillemi (A.K.A: Chillipepper,Problem Child, Slick Rick) Rick Chillemi has played and recorded extensively with numerous bands: The Clevelend Band, (A band which held the Guiness Book Of World Records from 1985-1987 for the longest gig ever played at Rascal House in Downtown Cleveland!) The John Washington Show (In the Virgin Islands!), His Co.( A gospel group on the PTL Network), Stone 3, The Influence, The Roadhouse Band and many more just to name a few. As far Northeast Ohio...../RICK IS THE BEST DRUMMER IN THE AREA! Rick is an advent aquatic collector, (He now has 4 aquariums filled with tons of fish!) and enjoys playing golf in his spare time.

Ray Griesmer Lead Vocals Guitar	Ray Griesmer Ray has studied acting and voice at Willoughby School of Fine Arts, Wright University, and American Academy Of Dramatic Arts in New York City. His favorite role was playing Judas in the musical "Jesus Christ Superstar" in Chicago. Since then Ray has brought his high energy and extensive vocal range to "Ass Req".Ray is married and has two high energy sons and two step daughters.
